I'm pretty sure I'm addicted to Skool. But I'm ok with that. I'm on social media and most other media less. That cool result of that is I'm less stressed and I'm growing more.
When I'm on Skool I'm around other people going somewhere. I get to be part of the conversation instead of just watching it. And the conversation is way better.
When I do get back onto other platforms I immediately feel the anxiety coming back.
Am I alone in this?
