If your group isn't growing, you don't need a 10-step marketing plan. You just need to figure out where the leak is. 1. Low Traffic If nobody is visiting your page, your offer isn't clicking. Go find where your people hang out and actually talk to them. Post content where they already are, not just inside your group. 2. High Traffic, Low Signups (The Window Shoppers) If people are looking but not joining, your 'About' page may be too confusing. People join for a result.' If they can't tell exactly how they'll benefit from joining you in the first 5 seconds, they're gone. 3. New Members, Zero Action (The Silent Treatment) If people join but never come back, your onboarding may need work. Don't give them a 20-video course. Give them one simple task they can finish in 2 minutes so they can accomplish a quick win. 4. High Engagement, No Sales (The Friend Zone) If everyone is talking but nobody is buying, you're a coach, not a business. You probably haven't made it clear what the next step is. Check your pricing and actually tell people how they can work with you more closely. Don't try to fix all four this week. Pick the one that is actually stopping your growth.
