Hiring Cold Callers Manager

We’re looking for a Cold Caller Manager who can lead, grow, and manage our outreach team.

You’ll guide our current callers and also take charge of recruiting, qualifying, and training new cold callers to keep our pipeline strong and consistent.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and coach the existing cold calling team

• Recruit, qualify, and onboard new cold callers

• Monitor daily performance and call quality

• Refine scripts and improve conversion rates

• Coordinate with our operations team to ensure smooth lead flow

What We’re Looking For

• Must be based in the USA 🇺🇸

• Experience hiring or managing cold callers or appointment setters

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Comfortable using CRMs such as GoHighLevel
