I've avoided looking at my churns. I take it as a personal reflection of what I'm offering in my community.
But I looked today.
I don't care if someone doesn't align with my community; I get it.
But I'm 61 years old and have limited financial means to support people (buying courses, VIP memberships, etc). But I realized on skool, I can help more in other ways. Sometimes even more beneficial than monetary.
There are people here that I truly love...their personalities, their passion, and their commitment to build something. And for those people, I offer engagement. Authentic and frequent. That helps them get noticed and members increase (the ones that CAN afford to invest). And there they are, in my churns.
But guess what...I don't care. That's right. My slow and consistent work. My dedication and passion. I am CONFIDENT that they will rise me to where I need to be. And for those that still believe in me, I believe in YOU.
Takeaway: Observe churn, make note, keep working, and support those that support you. That's it. Don't let it get under your skin or "worry" about churn. It's going to happen.
