Amazing program, and it really helps you improve. also helps with workouts, discipline, mentality, confidence, diet, community, and of course, drills. there are also weekly calls too and recordings of them in case you miss it. also there are tiers where you have daily drills to complete laid out for you with explanations based on ur level. w program highly recommend 🔥
