Let me ask you something real…
A lot of people think they aren't ready to buy…when in reality, many of them were closer than they realized — they just didn’t know what questions to ask. So here’s something I’d love to open up to everyone here: What’s the ONE thing that confuses you most about buying a home or refinancing? Is it… • How much you actually need for a down payment? • Whether waiting for “better rates” really makes sense? • How to qualify if you're self-employed? • Credit concerns? • Or just not knowing where to start? And if you already own a home: -Have you ever refinanced? -What made you consider it — lower payment, extra cash, or something else?Your experience might help someone else here. Buying or refinancing doesn’t have to be overwhelming. Most people just need clarity, a plan, and someone who will actually walk through it with them. Drop your questions below or message me privately if you prefer — I’m happy to help however I can. — Elijah

Structure matters more than flexing a low rate
Your loan should set up your future, not drain your present. Ask yourself: • Does this payment give me room to breathe AND move again later? • Am I keeping enough cash to play offense? • Is this debt helping me build leverage or just look good on paper? Bad structure = feeling stuck, no options, house-rich but cash-poor Smart structure = flexibility, future plans wide open, equity working for you Think ahead: It’s not about “can I get approved?” It’s → does this decision build my next move and set me up for both my now AND my future plans.

Success is subjective
There are different forms of success and the way we measure them varies! Think of it as a language and we all speak different dialects. We don't measure by just one, but sometimes multiple at once, all or maybe one at a time. Here are a few I have come to understand: 1. Outcome Success 2. Lifestyle Success 3. Emotional Success 4. Identity Success 5. Social Success 6. Survival Success What drives an individual and how can we speak directly to their psychology and how they measure success?
