Happy Thanksgiving! 🦃 In celebration, I’ll be serving up 2 new courses. 1. MLO Study and Test Prep for NMLS SAFE exam This will have all material and information to study to pass the test, broken down by section. It also includes multiple practice tests and we will be holding study sessions to ensure you understand the concepts and are ready for test day! I’ve been putting a lot of work in to ensure students have EVERYTHING they need to succeed. this will be a paid course. 2. 5 Step Framework Course For investors or those weighing different strategies for an investment property. This is a free course that helps with the decision process and how to structure the loan with your lender to ensure it yields profit without losing $ in fees.

We are currently putting together our MLO study and licensing course. This will be to walk you through all aspects of licensing, full access to us for any questions along the way, discussing potential sponsorships for those serious about it and tools/resources to pass to include practice tests.
