Structure matters more than flexing a low rate
Your loan should set up your future, not drain your present.
Ask yourself:
• Does this payment give me room to breathe AND move again later?
• Am I keeping enough cash to play offense?
• Is this debt helping me build leverage or just look good on paper?
Bad structure = feeling stuck, no options, house-rich but cash-poor
Smart structure = flexibility, future plans wide open, equity working for you
Think ahead:
It’s not about “can I get approved?”
It’s → does this decision build my next move and set me up for both my now AND my future plans.
