Let me ask you something real…
A lot of people think they aren't ready to buy…when in reality, many of them were closer than they realized — they just didn’t know what questions to ask.
So here’s something I’d love to open up to everyone here:
What’s the ONE thing that confuses you most about buying a home or refinancing?
Is it…
• How much you actually need for a down payment?
• Whether waiting for “better rates” really makes sense?
• How to qualify if you're self-employed?
• Credit concerns?
• Or just not knowing where to start?
