Here are a few simple steps to begin:
🕯️ 1. Find a quiet space
Choose a place where you feel safe, comfortable, and less likely to be disturbed.
🌿 2. Get comfortable
Sit or lie down in a position that allows your body to relax. There's no "perfect" meditation pose!
🌬️ 3. Focus on your breath
Take slow, gentle breaths. Notice the feeling of breathing in…and breathing out.
💭 4. Allow your thoughts to come and go
Your mind may wander—and that's okay. Notice the thought, release it, and gently return your attention to your breath.

Ask yourself: What do I need in this moment? Peace? Clarity? Healing? Connection? Allow your intention to guide your practice.

Start with just 5–10 minutes. Give yourself permission to simply be present without needing to "do" anything.
