Find a quiet space Choose a place where you feel safe, comfortable, and less likely to be disturbed. 🌿 2. Get comfortable Sit or lie down in a position that allows your body to relax. There's no "perfect" meditation pose! 🌬️ 3. Focus on your breath Take slow, gentle breaths. Notice the feeling of breathing in…and breathing out. 💭 4. Allow your thoughts to come and go Your mind may wander—and that's okay. Notice the thought, release it, and gently return your attention to your breath. ✨ 5.
