I did my final check in today!!! I lost 23# over the course of the reset. My goal was 10-15#. I focused on nutrition, recovery, hydration, drilling instead of playing, and I didn’t let myself skip workouts. I’m so happy with what I did and even more happy that so many of you saw improvement too. I was already trying to loose some weight in 2026 before the reset and I had just started to lose some discipline when the reset swooped in to save the day and get me back on track. I look better than I have in 20 years, feel better than I’ve felt in 20 years, I’m playing better pickleball than I ever have. This was a wonderful experience and I really think that anyone who participated came out of this was a net positive impact on their life. Don’t stop now.
Post check in workout with kettlebells and bodyweight exercises. Finishing with a 5K row in sub 21:00!!! LFG
