Hi! I wanted to see how everyone was doing with their own lifestyle changes. - no TV/News. (this is going to be the biggest challenge for me as I live with my mom who loves her soap operas and news. I have been trying to put headphones in and listen to other things but it’s a struggle I will admit! - No negative Music - i am slowly looking for new music. I made a new playlist for this as well. - No big Pharma/Vaccines/flu shots etc. - i did unfortunately get 2 covid vaccines. But I can say that I have not gotten any shots since Covid happened… nor flu shots. - Holistic items- I recently just switched to the “hello” brand for deodorant and tooth paste and looking for the mouth wash next! I am slowly changing all my household items as I go too. - No meat - I stopped eating meat as of November 2024. - I am also looking into filtering my tap water. 🫶
