Underwriting Services
As a broker I’ve received more “deals” than I can count in the last 6 mos that were either 1) not fundable or 2) barely fundable with outrageous lender fees and terms. Why? Because the borrower didn’t either 1) have the credit or experience for decent rates and terms or 2) papered a deal with no spread or thin margin that would sink them if a small issue arose. If you are reviewing deals and struggle to get funding, please reach out and I’ll review your underwriting BEFORE you paper the deal.
