The English Triage Center
Building bridges to literacy.
We make English Language Arts practical and real — for students, ESOL learners, GED candidates, and adults building foundational literacy skills. Instead of treating reading and writing as isolated subjects, we connect literacy to everyday life, using real-world texts like the Bill of Rights to build critical reading, Civics, vocabulary, writing, and confident communication.
Members get short videos, live sessions, a podcast, and discussions that turn complex ideas into plain language and relatable examples (think lease agreements, not legal jargon).
Led by Steven Coard, this space blends literacy instruction with life skills — helping learners at every stage read, think, and speak with confidence.
