🌸 Did You Know That Helping Other Communities May Actually Help Your Hormones? 🌸
Here's a little secret...
The most successful communities are not built by people constantly saying, "Look at me!"
They're built by people saying,
"How can I help you?" 💛
And here's the fascinating part…
When you encourage someone…
👏 celebrate their win…
❤️ leave a thoughtful comment…
🤝 support another business…
🎉 cheer someone on…
your brain and body don't just make the other person feel good.
You feel good too.
Connection, kindness, and belonging can encourage the release of hormones and neurotransmitters such as oxytocin and dopamine, helping to reduce feelings of stress and making us feel more positive and connected.
So when we sing the praises of another group, share someone's success, or recommend a community that's making a difference, we're not losing anything…
We're creating more abundance—for everyone.
And let's face it…
Many of us spend enough time producing cortisol by:
  • 😩 worrying about our to-do list,
  • 📱 comparing ourselves on social media,
  • ☕ surviving on caffeine and determination,
  • 🍫 negotiating with a bar of chocolate at 9 p.m.
Maybe it's time to produce a little more connection instead. 😂
🌿 My challenge for you today:
⭐ Recommend a community you've genuinely benefited from.
⭐ Celebrate someone else's success.
⭐ Leave an encouraging comment.
⭐ Help another woman feel seen.
Because healthy communities create healthier people.
And who knows? Your next act of kindness might be just what your hormones—and someone else's confidence—needed today.
After all, when women lift each other up, everybody rises… including our hormonal harmony. 💛🌸 Thank you
