As our Event Showcase Calendar continues to grow (which is freaking awesome BTW!), I'm making a few updates to help keep everything organized and ensure events are published on time.
🟣🟠 𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗜𝗨𝗠 & 𝗩𝗜𝗣 𝗠𝗘𝗠𝗕𝗘𝗥𝗦! 🟠🟣
Starting 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 this Sunday, there will be a hard submission deadline of:
⏰ 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝘁 𝟭𝟮:𝟬𝟬 𝗣𝗠 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 (this is your reminder this week 😉)
Events submitted after the deadline may still be added to the calendar, but 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙮 𝙢𝙖𝙮 𝙣𝙤𝙩 𝙢𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙞𝙩 𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙤 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙪𝙥𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙬𝙚𝙚𝙠'𝙨 𝙨𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙙𝙪𝙡𝙚.
The good news is that the calendar will now display a rolling two weeks of events, giving members more time to discover upcoming opportunities, plan ahead, and add events to their calendars.
You can submit your events anytime. You do not need to wait for a reminder or wait until Sunday. If it's finalized on your schedule and top of mind on a Friday night ... get it on the calendar then!
