Black women have always been raising capital—we raised families on pennies, built businesses from nothing, and held communities together with our resilience. But for too long, we’ve been told we’re too much by peers, too aggressive, too demanding. We’ve been overlooked by investors, underestimated by gatekeepers, and excluded from rooms where decisions are made. Not anymore.
BWRC is where we stop waiting for permission and start executing our assignment. Here we learn to access, raise, and leverage ALL forms of capital: financial, human, social, resilience, and cultural.
