Blend one brick of cream cheese with one egg in the blender.
I use paper muffin cups in a muffin tin. You could use silicone cups, if you have them.
Bake at 325 until done.
Check after 20 minutes.
For a full cheesecake, triple the recipe.
Use a springform pan lined with parchment.
I've also used a silicon cake mould for this cake.
