Welcome to The Black Daughter Project.
Many of us Black women grow up in homes where obedience is valued over expression, family loyalty over self-trust, and strength over emotional safety. Sex, anger, and personal truth are often silenced, while responsibility is placed early on the girl. Over time, this leads to self-doubt, confusion in relationships, suppressed anger, and feeling unseen in adulthood.
The Black Daughter Project exists to address this directly.
This is a structured community designed to help Black women work through early family and cultural conditioning that shaped our boundaries, choices, nervous system, and sense of self and to rebuild clarity, self-trust, and inner authority.
This is an educational, reflective space focused on real outcomes: clearer decisions, healthier boundaries, emotional regulation, and reconciliation between the girl that was silenced and the woman you know within.
If you are ready to choose yourself and do this work with intention, join us.
