Sit bone pain on one side only
I’ve recently changed saddle from a brooks to a selle italia L3. The reason being is that my brooks does not have a middle cutout and the nose is pressing against me. Dropping the nose resulted in too much pressure on my hands so hence the switch. Saddle height a couple of mm less but fore/aft and tilt stayed the same.
What I’m finding is that I get a lot of pressure on the left hand side sit bones but none on the right. I can feel the right hand side but there’s just no pressure or pain at all. Left hand side totally different. 25 miles in to a ride and the pain is unbelievable. Any ideas?
I’m 6’, 96 kg and top heavy on a ML Defy Advanced 1 with a D Fuse seatpost
