DAY 2
Today is the first full 24 hours of being live on Skool! This is where I will document the journey. I just got off of a phone call where i hires some engineers for a subscription model of one of the apps I made when I was first conceptualizing this whole thing. While yes, here at Skool we will be making each app using AI on our own, I also fully recognize that it's not for everybody. So as we collect data and source code and innovate new ideas over here on Lovable and other AI driven platforms, I will simultaneously be pushing data to my engineer friends who will be hard coding app that will be subscription model. This will all be geared towards 1-5 unit concepts, which will all be funding the ultimate goal..... The App Pantry Restaurant Solutions Console It will be plug and play, highkly customizable and highly integrated. It will be the platform to replace all SaaS. It will be hotschedules, shiftnotes, Xtrached, Meez, opentable, Toast, orderly, and everything else. All in one. For one bill. It's the future. It's worth subscribing to before the classes are even up. This is gonna be so fun.

86 The SaaS Fees. Build Your Own Restaurant Tech.
Welcome to the ground floor. This community is live today, but it isn't some rigid, finished corporate product—and that’s exactly the point. I’m opening the doors right now to early buyers who want to be active collaborators. By joining today, you are getting raw, unfiltered first access to everything we build, right as we build it. We are done renting our operational software. We are building it. Phase 1: The SaaS Hitlist Look at the numbers. The average restaurant is bleeding $370 a month just to maintain basic operational software. That's $4,440 a year per location stripped right out of your bottom line. Phase one of this community is dedicated to building comprehensive, step-by-step classes that will teach you exactly how to replace the big four: - ShiftNote ($40/mo) - HotSchedules ($70/mo) - meez ($110/mo) - xtraCHEF ($150/mo) I've already built the architecture. Now, I'm showing you how to do it. Choose Your Access Tier Level 1: The Quick Service ($33) - The 30-Minute Web App: Full access to the masterclass on how to build a functional, custom web app for your restaurant in under 30 minutes. Stop paying monthly subscriptions for basic digital infrastructure. Level 2: The Operator ($666) - Full Curriculum Access: Every class, every tutorial, and every breakdown we publish, including the complete Phase 1 SaaS replacement guides. - Kitchen Klipboard Access: A 5-year free subscription to kitchenklipboard.com from its official release date. Level 3: The War Room / VIP ($999) - Lifetime Access: A lifetime subscription to Kitchen Klipboard. - The Friday War Room: Weekly, closed-door strategy meetings every Friday with me (Aaron) and other VIP operators. We troubleshoot your ops, build custom solutions live, and scale our tech together. - Includes everything in Levels 1 & 2. Want the source code right now? I’m making the source code for all of these replacement builds publicly available. Want me to email your something you could use in your restaurant right now? DM me "Build", and your email, and I'll send it to you. Let's get to work.
