Lessons Learned.... - Be super NICHE oriented - we weren't, and we've definitely learned you can't help everyone. We've got 200 couples, and we get about 20 or fewer actively involved. We can love everyone, but everyone is not our TRIBE. - GIVE VALUE at every corner - we leveraged Content 360, we tested the scheduled 'easy' posts inside their system, it is the ai muck- and it's less relevant. It's a great tool to 'schedule,' just not for creating - LOVE ON PEOPLE - we heard it last night, loving on people can be challenging, but it is at the essence of your business. We are hyper-focused on 'honeybee' content + 'relational touch', so back to our roots in a fresh new way, i.e., a paid skool community. Hey Guys, My business idea for active income is to contact local businesses about their unanswered Google reviews, beginning with restaurants. I am attaching a business plan for it that Claude wrote for me, I used Scaraperai to see how many restaurants there were locally, and it came back with over 1000. I then had Claude sort the list out and gave me 29 of the best people to talk to. I'll check out the reviews and the ones that do not have an owner reply, I will contact them and offer as a service to write a reply to the review for them, or give them the replies to them and they can update.
