I want you to really look this over and be intentional about how you use it. My plan is to periodically schedule the ones I am able to do in my calendar. This may not work for everyone. There are some people who don't want to see a calendar outside of their workplaces and that's fine. I live by mine.
Find a method that works for you and give a few of these ideas a try. Share what has worked for you and what you'd like to try, even if it isn't something on the list. Actually, especially if it's something that isn't on the list.
