Hi everyone, im jack.
I’ve just joined because I’m honestly fed up with feeling constantly tired and miserable from work. I know I can do better than this, and I’m ready to start making some real changes.
I’m here to improve myself, build better habits, and be around like-minded people who are trying to do the same. Looking forward to learning, pushing myself, and being part of the community.
