The Work I Didn’t Want is a grounded community focused on healing, self-reflection, and rebuilding self-trust through honest inner work. It’s for people who’ve reached a point where old patterns no longer work and choosing differently feels necessary.
This isn’t about quick fixes or having it all figured out. It’s about slowing down, paying attention, and learning how to stay with yourself through discomfort and change.
I created this space from lived experience, not theory—sharing what has helped, what hasn’t, and what I’m still practicing.
