Looking for sample templates: vacant land contracts
Hi everyone, I am working on US vacant land deals and would like to learn from real examples. Could anyone share a sample template of: 1. A purchase agreement with the seller (the contract I sign to buy the land) 2. An assignment agreement (assigning that contract to the end buyer) I understand templates vary by state and need attorney review before use. I am only looking for general samples to study the structure. Thank you in advance. Shaikh
