I want you to pick one "Matrix Meal" you usually eat—the pasta, the oatmeal, the lean chicken and rice—and perform a Source Code Upgrade. Use the Sovereign Rule of Three to rebuild it: 1. Where is the Protein? (The Anchor) 2. Where is the Fibre? (The Shield) 3. Where is the Lubricant?
