I realized that I didn't publish week 1 of cycle 2 and no one pointed it out to me. I hope you guys are getting after it, I have to admit it has been quiet and I get that 100%. Let's get after it this week, and let's get on the calls, we are all here to support one another...right?

How has everyone been!! I have been busy (as I'm sure we all have), but looking forward to the Group Workout tomorrow! Gonna throw on some weight for trick-or-treating with my nephews this evening, let's do it y'all! Who else is going to the group workout tomorrow?
