Introduction
I’m Yo—also known as Yo The Freedom Guide. I don’t guide from theory or titles. I guide from lived experience, grief, faith reclaimed, and a body that has learned how to stay present with God through real life. My path has been shaped by loss, healing, movement, community, and a deep return to Christ that did not require me to abandon my body or silence my questions. Through practices rooted in embodied awareness, nervous system regulation, and scripture lived—not just read—I’ve learned that God is not distant, demanding, or conditional. God is with us. Always. The Walking Worshipper grew from that knowing. I’m here to walk alongside you—not ahead of you, not above you—as we practice faith that is safe, grounded, and alive in everyday moments. This is not about fixing yourself. It’s about remembering who you already are and training the soul to recognize Source as constant. We walk together. 💞
