Extraction is the process of pulling the deep, implicit knowledge out of your head and translating it into frameworks, language, and structure that others can actually use.
Knowledge that lives only in your head cannot be sold, scaled, or shared without you physically being in the room. Every time you walk away from an opportunity because you did not have the right document, proposal, or framework ready, that is extracted potential walking out the door.
I have worked with educators who have decades of pedagogical wisdom that exists nowhere outside of their classrooms. I have worked with business owners who carry entire strategic playbooks in their minds that have never been documented.
