What are your visibility plans for this week?
I always like to stop at the end of the week, check in with what I just did, and then set my sights on what's coming up for the week ahead. This week's visibility activities, included: πŸ‘‰ Being a guest in a private podcast series πŸ‘‰ Starting some new ads to my Cozy Business Quest membership πŸ‘‰ Submitting 2 x summit contributions πŸ‘‰ Bare minimum organic content When I'm busy, I find that having ads and collaborations help do SO much heavy lifting when I just don't have time to create content. I'll share my plans for this week in the comments ‡️ Would love to hear what you're up to this week as well!
Underthinking Content Mini Series - Video 1
Content is something I know that most of us get tripped up on. Whether it's visibility stuff, overthinking what to post, or just never getting around to it... I know most solopreneurs find content creation a big burden on their day-to-day momentum. So I'm creating a mini series and Part 1 is out today. Because I see the same challenges come up for people over and over. Here's what's in Part 1: πŸ‘‰ Why trying to be everywhere is the main thing keeping you stuck πŸ‘‰The one-platform, one-format structure that removes decision fatigue πŸ‘‰ How to figure out your realistic posting rhythm (not your ideal one, your actual one) πŸ‘‰ What to remove from your content strategy right now >> Grab the companion guide here (with a sneak peek of what's to come) Hope you find it helpful! Let me know below if you have any questions or what your ONE platform is going to be for the next 30-90 days.

Implemented a tip from 10 Minute Content: How to Stop Overthinking It
I just wanted to thank you @Katherine Mackenzie-Smith for your video "10 Minute Content: How to Stop Overthinking It." πŸ™ I tried your tip of taking an article I'd written and plugging it into an AI model (I used Gemini) and asking it to pull out content ideas for social posts, and it came up with 3 great ones. I used one of them today and turned it into a reel. Prior to this, I was trying to figure out how to repurpose this article but hadn't gotten anywhere with that. Thank you so much! That video was very helpful.
Reflections on my visibility challenge
I've been working on creating new projects in my work and it's come time that I knew I needed to focus on being more visible to bring aligned people into my world, so in April I started something I called a Gentle Visibility Challenge, which includes doing 1 act of visibility per work day. I wanted to take the idea of "being visible" and actually do an experiment that helped me to actually turn it into something I can actually do and take action on. Some have been little things (like commenting on a Substack post) and some have been bigger (like doing a video interview), but they have all added up. The biggest result has been experiencing growth and noticing the momentum it creates (from the very first week, actually immediately as I began doing these things!). My biggest takeaway has been making the idea of being visible into a practical thing I can actually do each day that feels easy enough to do. My biggest lesson has been in order to do these visibility acts (and keep doing them!) I've needed to really support myself and my nervous system, so I can keep doing them! If you're wanting to be more visibile I highly recommend coming up with your version of a visibility challenge to support you. PS. One of the things that has been helping me show up for my challenge is having an anchor song that I play when I do my visibility acts and it's currently the song Golden from the K-Pop Demon Hunters soundtrack πŸ™Š
πŸ‘‹ Welcome + Introduce Yourself ‡️
Welcome to The Visibility Vault 🌟 I'm so glad you're here! This is a public space for coaches, healers, Skool community, and other small business owners doing real work behind the scenes who want to get better at sharing it… in a way that actually feels sustainable. Over and over again, I’ve seen that being seen is one of the biggest challenges for introverted, highly sensitive, and neurodivergent solopreneurs. And I get it - I'm on this journey too. So I’m documenting my own visibility experiments here, and inviting you along. I’m building this out in real time. πŸ”¬ You’ll see what I’m testing, sharing, and experimenting with each week and you’re welcome to follow along, try things for yourself, and share as you go. The aim? To gently expand your visibility without the cycle of finally posting… and then disappearing for months (or just not sharing at all) 🌟 How to use this space: Start simple: - Watch or read something that stands out to you - Try one small way of sharing your work - If you want to, post what you’re working on or experimenting with and how it's going That’s it. Your first tiny visibility step, if you wish to take it: πŸ‘‹ Introduce yourself Drop a comment below and share: - Your name - What kind of work you do - One thing you’ve been meaning to share but haven’t yet ‼️ A Quick Note This is a public space, so posts here are visible outside the group (similar to posting on social media) If you’re looking for more privacy, structure, or support, you’re welcome to explore my private community, The Cozy Business Quest. Looking forward to seeing you share your work! - Katherine
