📢 ANNOUNCEMENT: New Offers, New Direction, New Courses!
What's up guys! It's been a while since I've posted properly here. Hope everyone's been doing well. I wanted to do a proper announcement about where The Vibe Marketing Lab is heading. It's a long one. TL;DR at the bottom if you want the short version. --- When I started this group I had no real direction. I just wanted to share the stuff I was building with AI. And honestly, I felt like an imposter the whole time. Like I didn't have the chops yet, or the expertise to be teaching anyone anything. So I'd go quiet. I never built this properly. Six months of upskilling later, plus a move into an AI role at my day job, and I finally know where I'm taking this. --- 1️⃣ Where I can actually help you Most of you don't know this: I work at one of the biggest SEO and GEO agencies in Australia, and I've been tasked with building out the AI infrastructure across the agency. I also freelance on the side, so I'm applying the same systems to my own clients. That's a rare seat to sit in. I see how this works at agency scale, and how it works when you're the one doing everything yourself. So the people I can help most are agency owners, consultants, and in-house marketers. Business owners too. But I'm building for people in the same position I'm in, because those are the people I actually understand. --- 2️⃣ Niching down to SEO and GEO New avatar means new content. Most of what I teach from here is aimed at agencies, consultants, and in-house marketers. And I'm starting narrow: SEO and GEO first. I've got more to offer than that, but this is my actual expertise, so it's where I can give you the most. Especially GEO, which changes every single day. There's a huge amount to know about getting a brand optimised for LLMs. If you haven't come across GEO before: it's SEO for LLMs. Getting your brand cited and mentioned inside ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and the rest. I know a lot of you joined for social or paid media. I do want to share what I've built there, and it is coming. Right now though, the focus is SEO and GEO.

The fastest way I've found to learn anything in 2026: scrape YT channels, ask it questions
I've been on an accelerated "learning" craze recently, learning Facebook ads, staying on top of GEO and SEO, and AI in general. And I've been able to figure out a way to scrape YouTube videos at scale (and extremely fast) for knowledge acquisition. Nowadays, YouTube is the #1 place to find high-quality information (if you know where to look). And if you're in the AI space, I do think that you're missing out if you're not transcribing these videos, and applying it to your specific use cases. Even better is if you can put these videos into a folder and use it as context whenever you're trying to make an educated decision. 1️⃣ I just upload these to NotebookLM so I can get it up and running quickly (and via Mobile) 2️⃣ If the channel has more than 200 videos, I tend to put it in a local folder and point it to my Claude Code and interact with it that way. Oh, and the best part is I do this all from Claude Code automatically now, even the uploading of videos to NotebookLM. Once you have the data you can turn it into a chatbot and build your own "AI advisor" based on the channel that you've scraped. It's pretty good! (it's not a replacement for direct 1:1 access, but it is a cheaper replacement) If you guys want to learn the system, comment "YOUTUBE" down below, and I'll create a resource and send it to you! 👇

The algorithm gave this video 5.5% of its views. Search gave it 81%.
One of my videos, 126 days old, about 7,900 views. Off-niche for the channel, so no built-up authority in the subject. Here's where the views actually came from: Here's where the views came from: YouTube search — 44.9% External — 41.0% Direct or unknown — 6.8% Browse — 5.5% Browse is the recommended feed. It's the thing a lot of YouTube advice is about. Hooks, thumbnails, the first 30 seconds. It brought in about 1 view in every 18. Now open External. Here's what's inside that 41%: Google Search — 82.8% DuckDuckGo — 2.3% Bing — 1.5% Brave — 0.6% If you do the math about 34% of all the views came from Google. Not YouTube. Someone typed something into Google, and the thing they clicked was a video. The video has 28.9K thumbnail impressions and an 11.9% click rate. That works out to roughly 3,400 views, less than half the total. YouTube only counts impressions on its own pages. So the Google half never shows up there. The dashboard can't see it. If you run a channel and want to check your own? Studio → Analytics → Reach → Traffic sources → External → See more. Two things I can't tell you. I don't know why it ranked, very difficult to prove that from the outside. And I don't know if it works in your niche. But you can check that part yourself in about 30 seconds. Search one of the keywords you care about. If there's a row of videos on that page, that could be an opportunity for your channel.
