What to expect each week: - A short teaching moment (15 min)- one real idea you can use immediately, tied to business strategy or expansion thinking - Live mini-audits (40 min)- 1–2 volunteers get a real, live look at their business; everyone else watches and learns - A soft close- a reminder that a free Alignment Call is always available if you want to go deeper 1-on-1 When: Every Wednesday, 11am.
