Client upgrade
I was able to upgrade a client from a 3 hour package to a 6 hour package simply by asking.
He’s been on a 3 hour package coming once a week or once every 2 weeks for a few months and his package ended on Thursday. When he was checking out I just asked him “do you want to stay on the 3 hour package or would you like to do 6” he said he didn’t care and then said “yeah I can do 6” boom. Done. 😂
The lesson: just ask. The worst they can say is no.
