Learning to Speak After Years of Silence
Have you ever carried a story for years because you thought it was safer to stay silent? For most of my life, I did. I grew up between countries, cultures, and experiences that shaped me in ways people couldn’t see. Some parts of my story are about survival, some about pain, and some about learning how to finally use my voice. I decided to share the one I spent years trying to hide. Before I start, I want to ask you something: Have you ever kept a part of your story quiet because you thought no one would understand?
