Tip 1: Be Specific
❌ "I worked on security this week."
✅ "I changed my Instagram password from 'Nurse2019!' to a 16-character random password generated by Proton Pass."
Why: Specificity = actionable inspiration for others.
Tip 2: Celebrate "Boring" Wins
You don't need to recover a hacked account or migrate 100 passwords to post.
"I logged into my password manager for the first time in 3 weeks" = WIN.
"I read the HIPAA Decision Tree and saved it to my phone" = WIN.
"I showed up to First Monday Ritual even though I was exhausted" = WIN.
Why: Small wins are still wins. Consistency > intensity.
Tip 3: Tag Your Buddy (Even If They Ghosted You)
If your accountability buddy went quiet, tag them anyway.

Tip 4: Set a Weekly Reminder
Add "Post Win Wednesday" to your calendar. Every Wednesday, 12pm CST.
