The Unconditioned Code: House Rules for Peaceful Vibes Welcome to the Winery (because you might need one). To keep this space supportive, judgement-free, and drama-proof, we live by a few simple ground rules. Think of this as our official "family agreement"—minus the chore chart. 1. No Unsolicited Chart Readings The Rule: Please don't drop into someone's DMs to tell them their open Solar Plexus is why their life is chaotic. The Vibe: Share your experience, ask for advice when invited, but leave the unprompted deep-dive analysis at the door. Respect everyone's unique journey (and inbox)! 2. Honor the Strategy & Authority (No Shaming Allowed) The Rule: Zero tolerance for "Type envy" or design shaming. The Vibe: Generator parents aren't "better" because they have endless energy, and Projector teens aren't "lazy" because they need nap breaks. We celebrate how everyone is wired—no exceptions. 3. The "No Judgement Zone" for Parenting Meltdowns The Rule: What happens in The Unconditioned stays in The Unconditioned (feel free to invite a friend in) The Vibe: Raising teens is wild. You will have days when your strategy fails, and you will react from your mind/ego. This is a safe space to vent, reset, and unlearn without being judged or told you're "Parenting wrong." 4. Ask, Don't Lecture The Rule: Practice the same open communication here that you’re learning to use at home. The Vibe: Instead of telling another parent what they should do, share what worked for your family or ask a curious question. We're all co-experimenting together. 5. Keep the Energy Clean (No Promo, No Spam) The Rule: No self-promotion, pitch links, or random spam in the main feed or DMs. The Vibe: We are here to build real connections, not sales funnels. Keep your posts focused on the Human Design experiment, teen parenting insights, and community wins! Be kind, respect the charts, leave the unsolicited advice at the door, and remember deconditioning is a marathon, not a sprint. Take a deep breath—you’re doing great and remember “Your glass is half full, and it can away's be topped up”

Spotting the Pressure Points
When you stop conditioning, things get a little messy... When we start working with Human Design, we begin giving ourselves and our teens more space to work with their own energy. We might stop forcing a Generator teen to do an extracurricular they hate, or stop pushing a Projector teen to be the life of the party. But letting go of the "shoulds" can feel incredibly uncomfortable. You might worry: Are they doing enough? Will they be okay? Deconditioning your parenting style feels like cleaning out a chaotic closet—it usually looks worse and feels scarier before it feels peaceful. If you're feeling that anxiety right now, you are in the right place. What's one parenting worry or societal rule you are actively trying to unlearn and let go of right now?
The trap of the "Perfect Teenager" blueprint
Have you ever told your teen: you need to go to bed early you've got school, 8 hours of sleep is what you need, get straight A's, what do you want to be/do when you leave school? what are your plans? then start to initiate the big plans for the future? I did all of the above, getting nowhere and going around in circles, but, I still kept saying it. Having a Projector teen, they don't have the sustainable energy to hustle like a Generator teen. If you have a Manifestor teen, they will rebel fiercely if they aren't given a sense of autonomy. A Reflector teen, their school environment might be completely draining their energetic sponge leaving no room for much more outside of that. Human Design reminds us that our kids are wired completely differently. Share below one area where your teen's natural energy seems to clash with what "school" or "society" expects of them?
