Hi everyone! What are you up to today? Thursday is always my school day. I teach English in a school. This is the first year for me so it's kind of new. But I like it. What's your Thursday going to look like?

You are your branding
As a small business owner, branding becomes super easy. Because the branding is you! When you are you, you show up as you and not some super polished version of you, people listen. Because they are not just buying a product. They are buying what you stand for because you have some similarities to them. They buy your way of doing things, they buy THAT package. So do not be afraid to be you. If you're timid, be timid, if you are full of energy, be full of energy. That's what works best!

Early bird...night owl..
I have always been an early bird. I love waking up early and get a good start to the day. I do not have the time to do much office work before the school run but I like to get some house work in ;-) What are you? Early bird or night owl?
