When I committed to working out 4–5 times a week (from home), sometimes twice a day, something shocked me: My soul started responding! Not because my responsibilities got lighter. Not because parenting got easier. Not because my wife’s journey demanded less sensitivity or leadership from me…
🔑 But because my body was finally supporting the mental load I was carrying.
Over time:
✅ Emotional intelligence was gained easier
✅ Conversations felt clearer & more purposeful
✅ Stress didn’t create a smokescreen in my head
✅ Decision-making drained me less & less
I have been actively working out for probably the last month or two, and even when I am inconsistent or break from my normal routine due to fastings into a new month... I can TELL THE DIFFERENCES...
