I am Donna Moulds. I have spent 23 years in training and assessment, 35 years in personal development, and 13 years as an RTO CEO. I have delivered training in maximum security correctional facilities, walked 860km solo on the Camino de Santiago, and trekked the Kokoda Track. I know what it means to push through when it is hard.
I built this community because too many good trainers are being swallowed by compliance and losing sight of why they do this work.
