To maintain a space of high-level growth and systemic intentionality, every Architect follows these four guiding principles:
1. Respect the Blueprint (Lead with Empathy)
We are all architects of our own lives. Support your fellow members with constructive feedback and genuine encouragement. We have zero tolerance for hate speech, bullying, or "tearing down" another member's vision. We build up; we donât deconstruct others.
2. Lead with the Data (Stay Solution-Oriented)
In the Lab, we don't just ventâwe experiment. If youâre facing friction, frame it through the lens of a SAMIYAA Map. Instead of saying "I'm overwhelmed," try: "I'm working through the Choice Architecture Lab and I'm stuck on Step 2." This allows the community to provide tactical support.
3. Protect the Focus Fortress (No Noise or Spam)
To maintain the integrity of our workspace, please do not post unsolicited links, promote personal services, or send "cold" DMs to members. This is a sanctuary for self-leadership and system-building, not a marketplace for solicitation.
4. Integrity of the Vault (Strict Privacy)
The SAMIYAA Maps, textbooks, and frameworks inside this community are for members only. Do not share Google Doc links or proprietary assets outside of this Skool. Letâs keep the value and integrity of our Library intact for those committed to the work.
