Moving my Signature Collections
My collections are moving to a separate paid membership. While they complement this community scientifically, keeping them here could cause confusion. So, what is this space? SAMIYAA x Labs is an ecosystem built across Skool and Substack. It includes: - Weekly short- and long-form podcasts - Science-based written papers tied to the labs - Worksheets and a growing eBook series (available as VIP perks or individual purchases) - - - I'm active across multiple platforms and always creating — this one is a little behind schedule, but it's coming together. - - - Welcome to the community. Two Power Moves: From the First Breath to Rewriting the Silence (Part 1 of 9)
Most high-achievers think they need more motivation. They don't. They need a new story. I've been working quietly in the labs on something bigger than I initially planned. What started as two books has evolved into a 𝟵-𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 designed to take you through your own life story—from the very first breath to the final chapter of your transformation. Today, I'm rolling out the first two "Power Moves" of this journey: 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗲 #𝟭: The Velvet Era The minute before the world wakes — claiming your first breath. This is the foundation. It's about stepping out of the grind and into a business that is elegant, automated, and entirely your own. It's the "Why" before the "How." 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗲 #𝟮: The Script of Silence Rewriting the inner narrative that no one else can hear. Just finished. This builds directly on the first, tackling the invisible scripts running in the background that dictate our consistency (or lack thereof). 𝗔𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 & 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴: These books will be available to everyone, not just members: - 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗲: $29 per ebook - 𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗕𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗲: $147 for all 9 books (once complete) 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝘃𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗩𝗜𝗣 𝗧𝗶𝗲𝗿: I am restructuring the 𝗩𝗜𝗣 𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗿 to deepen the psychological foundation. I am proposing to 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 entirely with this 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝟵-𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀. My vision is to make this narrative journey the core curriculum for VIP members. You will master the "inner story" before applying the "outer systems." 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 & 𝗧𝗵𝗲 "𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲" 𝗪𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘁𝘆𝗹𝗲: While the books provide the story, I am also evolving the 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 itself. I am developing a new series of writings specifically for the Classroom that adopts a different writing style—one inspired by my 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 (Elegant, Simple, Balanced, etc.). - 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝟵-𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀: A narrative, reflective journey into your life story (Standalone & VIP Core). - 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀: A tactical, aesthetic, and system-focused style that mirrors the Signature Collections. This is where we translate the books' insights into the beautiful, actionable frameworks you already know (planners, trackers, and visual systems).

SAMIYAA × LABS™ · THE VELVET MERIDIAN INTRODUCTION 𝗕𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗹𝗱 𝗪𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗨𝗽 The story of what it really costs to keep grinding — and the moment everything shifts It was 5:58 AM. The coffee was hot. The house was quiet. And for the first time in years, you felt like yourself. Not the version of you that's always one late reply away from burnout. Not the you who checks her phone before her feet hit the floor. The real you — the one who knew, deep down, that she was meant to build something beautiful. Not just something big. You've already proven you can work hard. That chapter is done. You wrote it in long nights, early mornings, and more "I've got it handled" moments than you can count. You built something real. And somewhere along the way, the business that was supposed to free you started to feel like a job you can never quit.
Blog: Why Saying "I Don't Know" Can Be a Sign of Strength
There's a version of confidence that most people recognize: the person in the room who always has an answer. They speak quickly, they don't hesitate, and they rarely admit to uncertainty. For a long time, that version of confidence was held up as something to aspire to. But there's a quieter, more durable kind of confidence that doesn't get nearly as much credit, the kind that allows a person to say, clearly and without apology, that they don't know. Saying you don't know is hard for reasons that go deeper than pride. From an early age, not knowing is associated with failure. Students get marked down for blank answers. Employees worry that admitting uncertainty makes them look incompetent. In social settings, people learn to fill gaps with opinions even when they haven't thought things through. Over time, the habit of performing certainty becomes so automatic that many people stop noticing they're doing it. The problem is that performed certainty has real costs. When you commit to a position you're not sure about, you've now got something to defend. Every new piece of information that challenges that position becomes a threat. You stop listening openly. You start filtering for confirmation. Conversations that could have been genuinely interesting become debates where the goal is to not lose. Contrast that with what happens when someone is willing to say they don't know. The pressure drops. There's nothing to defend. The conversation can go somewhere honest. Other people tend to open up too, because they feel less judged, less like they have to perform their own certainty in return. It creates a different quality of exchange entirely. There's also something clarifying about saying it out loud. The moment you stop pretending to have an answer, you can actually start looking for one. Curiosity requires a little humility. You can't genuinely explore a question while simultaneously acting like you've already resolved it. None of this means you should hedge everything or refuse to take positions. Thoughtful people develop views, make decisions, and stand behind their reasoning. The point isn't to avoid knowing things. It's to be honest about the line between what you actually understand and what you're guessing at, even when that line is inconvenient.

Practice what you preach! 🍞✨
I talk a lot here at 𝗦𝗔𝗠𝗜𝗬𝗔𝗔 𝘅 𝗟𝗔𝗕𝗦™ about the power of progress over perfection and finding the "why" behind our habits. Well, I’m putting that into practice in a new way! I’m so honored to share that I was just welcomed as the 800th member of the 𝗖𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 & 𝗖𝗿𝘂𝗺𝗯 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝘆. Henry even put together this incredible video to welcome me home. 🎥 Baking is a craft that requires patience, observation, and—most importantly—showing up for the "bake-along" even when you’re unsure of the result. I'm excited to dive into this new lab of my own and see where the sourdough takes me! Cheers to being 800 strong. Let’s get to work! 🏔️🥖🔥
