I’m Jeremy Miller: a behavioral health leader, facilitator, and creator of The Three Blocks.
For 17 years I have supported people as both a clinician and in leadership roles in behavioral health.
The blocks are a practical model for understanding how we think, and how our thoughts influence how we move through the world. The work focuses on recognizing which part of you is driving the bus, which 'block' you’re operating from, and how to understand yourself. Through deeper awareness we are able to navigate stress, fear, and recognize when old patterns are taking over.
Progress here is measured in authenticity, not productivity.
