Rooted & Leading is a community for Nigerian and African diaspora women navigating the teaching profession in the US, UK, and Nigeria.
This community is for you if:
You are a Nigerian or African diaspora woman who is preparing to enter the teaching profession and you need someone who knows the system from the inside to guide you through it.
Or you are already inside the classroom — navigating the invisible weight of building a career in a system that does not fully see you — and you are done figuring it out alone.
Through the R.O.O.T. Framework — Reconnect, Orient, Own, Thrive — this community gives you the map the profession never handed you, alongside women who understand exactly what you are carrying without explanation or translation.
You did not cross an ocean to disappear into a system that was not built for you.
