N8N + Google Reviews: Fully Automated POS System
I just created another add-on for local businesses that want "Google Review Automated". This is where the owner doesnt have to beg for the review or be stuck trying to remind every customer that shops with them. My Tap Method includes running a simple email automation after a customer completes their purchase with the business where the AI System will send contact information into a Google Sheets in my system, extract that data into another sheet and then send a email asking the customer to leave a review 1HR later. N8N + Google Sheets + Gmail + Google Review Link = Automated Email Reminder. Then before the end of the month we send them a invoice for management, maintenance and IT support. What other tap methods are you using to turn one-time fee clients into repeat business?

THE WALK-IN SCRIPT, WORD FOR WORD
This is what I say walking into a business cold. Not theory. Steal it, run it exactly as written for 20 doors, then we talk about changing it. BEFORE THE DOOR (60 seconds, in your car) Look up their Google review count and their closest competitor’s. Point your demo chip at their exact Google review page, then test the tap on your own phone before you get out of the car. NFC on, screen unlocked. A fumbled tap at the counter kills the whole trick. If you can’t pre-program, a demo page works and you program theirs after the yes. Look through the window. If there’s a line of customers, come back. Never pitch across a paying customer. 1. THE WALK-IN Walk in relaxed. Stand in one hand, your phone in the other, unlocked. “Hey, quick one. Is the owner in, or is that you?” If it’s them: “Perfect. Ten seconds, watch this.” Tap your own phone on the stand while you’re still saying it. Don’t ask for the ten seconds, take them. By the time they’ve decided whether they want a conversation, their review page is already open. 2. THE DEMO Their Google review page is on your screen. Turn it to them. Say nothing for a beat. Let them find their own business name. “That’s your review page, live. This sits at your register. Customer taps it the same way, that page opens on their phone, and they’ve left the review before they’re out the door. No app, nothing to download.” If they reach for their own phone or say “do that again,” hand them the stand and let them run it. A demo they run themselves closes harder than one they watch. But you never open with that ask. Half of them don’t have a phone in their pocket and the other half aren’t tapping a stranger’s gadget. Your phone first, every time. 3. THE MIRROR “Off the top of your head, how many Google reviews do you have right now?” They will guess wrong. Almost nobody knows. “You’re at 47. The shop up the street is at 210. When somebody searches for a barber around here, that’s the whole fight, and it’s happening whether you’re in it or not.”
What this community is
• My walk-in script, word for word — the exact version I’m running this week. Pinned post, also in the Classroom under Start Here. • Actual doors, broken down in real time — what worked, what got me a no, and how I responded. • The real math, what each card costs me, what it sells for, and what a full day of knocking actually puts in my pocket. • Me, in the comments answering whatever you throw at me. I show up daily. How to actually use this group: Read the script. Pick three businesses near you. Talk to one owner this week. Come back and post exactly what happened — I’ll walk you through what I would’ve said, and you’ll get better with every door after that. If you’re waiting to feel ready, you’ll be waiting forever. The script costs nothing and there’s no shortage of doors. Austin
Let’s Connect: Virtual NFC Custom Tags
Today I implement the virtual way of scaling it. Let’s see how it works out? I am using a direct mail strategy from doing real estate where I’m sending them a free sticker to try it out and if they like it and want more they can use my order form. Which is a QR Code attached to my letter. See the following images on what I am offering. Because it’s local. I’m waiting out the 2 days it takes for them to receive the free sample. If no rely or no one puts in an order. I will then make a phone call to see when the boss is available? The process is simple. I send the letter with an already programmed NFC sticker so they can use it and try it out and if they like they can then just order more right from the same page. Yet, instead of sending them this version, I customize it according to their business type.
