Just finished another alternate day fasting
24 hours then followed that up with a 30 hour fast right after that. Body feels great mind is clear and I’m definitely motivated to keep pressing into this process
What do I mean when I say Synthetic Free
I want to educate the masses on how to shop in the grocery store. How to be confident and put the right ingredients inside your body. I want to bridge the gap on Synthetic Food Ingredients so you will know and recognize them when you see them on food labels. I want to help educate people on what these synthetic ingredients are actually doing to the body and give you the truth vs what you’ve always been told and conditioned to think all these years. My goal is to educate and cultivate a better mindset moving forward on that will set you up for success in the days, weeks, months, and years to come

I finally saw I have all the power to cultivate the right changes in my day to day life. God blessed me in the process with a Mentality that doesn’t quit or back down. Are you investing in Yourself?
I think we all should be investing in ourselves in some way every day. Here are some things I do each day to invest in myself, my health, my overall wellbeing: - Reading the Bible daily - Memorizing God’s word - Reading 1-2 books a month (different topics) I want to learn the truth and invest in those areas - Exercise (workout 5 days a week) - Gardening (I do a lot of grounding, walking around barefoot 🦶) - Writing ✍️ What are some ways you are investing in yourself?
Just finished another week of fasting
Just did 2 Alternate day fasts and I feel really good. I was sluggish when I started the fast, was hanging onto a cold or something and fasting really accelerated the healing ❤️‍🩹 process. I think the most important part of 2026 so far is I’m listening to my body and what it wants. When I started the fast I was all set on going 48 hours straight. As I got into the fast I saw the need to break it and exercise so that’s exactly what I did broke the fast At 24 hours and had a great workout lasted that day. Then I went right back into another 27 hour fast. The body speaks to us and when we learn to slow down and listen amazing things start to happen
