Just did 2 Alternate day fasts and I feel really good. I was sluggish when I started the fast, was hanging onto a cold or something and fasting really accelerated the healing ❤️🩹 process.
I think the most important part of 2026 so far is I’m listening to my body and what it wants.
When I started the fast I was all set on going 48 hours straight.
As I got into the fast I saw the need to break it and exercise so that’s exactly what I did broke the fast At 24 hours and had a great workout lasted that day. Then I went right back into another 27 hour fast.
The body speaks to us and when we learn to slow down and listen amazing things start to happen
