A peer support perspective
A lot of people are carrying things quietly right now. Not always something big or obvious… Just a constant weight, stress, or feeling that’s hard to explain. And the truth is—most people don’t actually want advice. They don’t want to be analyzed or told what to do. They just want: • someone to listen • a space to be real • a moment where they don’t have to hold everything in That’s what peer support is. It’s not therapy. It’s not about having the “right” answers. It’s about human connection. It’s about sitting with someone and saying: “You don’t have to be alone in this.” I’m building a small peer support space right now—online and in-person. It’s simple and low-pressure: You can talk, or you can just listen. There’s no expectation to share anything. If something in this resonates with you, you’re welcome here 💛 You can comment or message me if you want to know more.
