7 Cups
I’ve recently stepped into something meaningful — I’ve joined 7 Cups as a volunteer listener. It’s not paid work, but it is a chance to offer real support to people who feel alone, overwhelmed, or unheard.
As someone who’s walked through trauma, neurodivergence, and rebuilding myself from the inside out, I know how powerful it is just to have someone listen without judgment. If you ever need a calm space, a grounding voice, or someone who understands the messy parts of being human, I’m here.
This is just the beginning of my journey into peer support, and I’m excited to keep growing, learning, and helping others along the way.
If you’re curious about peer support or want to talk about lived‑experience work, I’d love to connect. peer support • lived experience • mental health support
